I’ve designed this EFT script to help you clear your negative thinking at any time, and especially before doing any type of visualization and the Law of Attraction activity, such as making or watching a Mind Movie.

I’m putting in more than the typical 3 EFT Set Up phrases, to cover more of your potential blocks and areas of resistance.

You can do all of them, or select just the three that most fit your specific blocks.

Set Up

EFT scriptEven though I don’t feel worthy or deserving, I accept myself anyway.

Even though I don’t think I have the skill, education or background needed, I accept myself anyway.

Even though I don’t think I’m capable, I accept myself.

Even though I’m afraid I’ll be judged and criticized, I accept these fears.

Even though I’m not good enough, certainly not as good as others, I accept myself just the way I am.

I’m not good enough

I can’t do this.

I don’t have the skill.

I don’t have the education.

I don’t have the right credentials.

I’m not as good as they are.

They’re much better than me.

I don’t deserve this.

I’m not worthy.

There’s something wrong with me.

I’m defective.

I’m afraid they’ll laugh at me.

I’m afraid they’ll judge me, criticize me.

I’m afraid of looking stupid.

I’m afraid to shine.

I need their approval.

I don’t have the motivation to do this.

I don’t have enough willpower.

I don’t have enough self discipline.

It might not be safe to do this.

I’d rather stay stuck.

Others might be jealous.

They might resent my success.

This is too hard.

I’d rather stay safe and small.

My little prison is safe and comfy and I’ll just stay right here.

I don’t want to change.

Change doesn’t feel safe to me.

I don’t like change.

I’d rather stay safe and small.


Take a deep breath.

Set Up

Even though I clearly have a lot of blocks and fears, what if I could relax just a little.

Even though change doesn’t feel safe and part of me would rather stay safe and small, what if I could feel safe, even while allowing a little change?

Even though I don’t like change, I’ve been through a lot of it, and I’ve survived so far.

Even though I can build a huge case for not succeeding, there’s a part of me that wants to allow my success.

Tapping Through the Points

What if I could relax my resistance just a little.

What if I could trust in my inner strength.

What if I could believe in myself a little more.

Maybe I can tolerate change better than I thought.

Maybe I actually am good enough, worthy and deserving of success.

Maybe I have everything it takes to succeed after all.

Wouldn’t it be nice if I knew that the only approval I need is mine?

Wouldn’t it be nice if I could feel strong and confident not matter what?

I’m willing to trust my impulse to dream this dream.

I’m willing to allow myself the chance to succeed.

I’m willing to see myself as worthy, good enough, deserving.

I love the thought of this dream coming true for me.

I recommend you use this EFT script (or a shortened version) before you begin each visualization exercise. The positive vibration you create while visualizing will be much greater when you’ve first pulled out your weeds of resistance.
