EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is a combination of ancient Chinese medicine, particularly the knowledge of the chi meridians of the body, and modern psychology. EFT is commonly called EFT Tapping, or just Tapping.
The process can be learned by anyone in about 10 minutes.
And you can take a lifetime to discover the intricacies, nuances and art of tapping.
