EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also called Tapping, is a simple, powerful and easy-to-learn technique that can help ANYONE transform painful or unwanted emotions, beliefs or thoughts into peace, joy, confidence, creativity and personal power.

EFT has been around for over 25 years and has inspired over 300,000 people around the globe to learn the simple and transformative process.

Many of the teachers from the blockbuster film, The Secret, practice EFT to end suffering and create the life of their dreams.

Tapping is easy to learn and quick to do.  More people every day add EFT to their personal toolkit to allow them to release anxiety, stress and any unwanted emotion.

Natalie HillHi, I’m Natalie Hill and I LOVE the power of EFT to allow you to change your life. I’ve grown to appreciate the wisdom of our emotions, but when I first started tapping, I sure didn’t feel that way.

When I first learned EFT, I felt like I was a tiny cork bobbing around in a turbulent sea of emotions.  I had so many upsetting emotions about so many topics, I honestly didn’t know where to start.

By being committed to my wholeness, I turned my life around 180 degrees from where I was when I stumbled upon EFT.  Here, on this site, in my courses, I want to help you do that too.
