This YouTube EFT video was made by Gray Craig, of Emotional Freedom Technique. It’s one of the most watched EFT videos. In it, you’ll see what tapping therapy can do.
If you’re new to emotional tapping, of even if you’re experienced, this EFT video can give you inspiration for the power of the EFT tapping technique as a successful mind body therapy.
EFT Tapping as Mind Body Therapy
This video especially focuses on the power of EFT technique to resolve physical issues. The main character had Multiple Sclerosis and was in a wheelchair before discovering EFT. Now he’s doing jumping jacks.
“It’s possible to clear emotional issues at a deep enough level, that physical healing results.” This claim, made by Dr. Eric Robins, a urologist, may seem unbelievable.
But what if you were to allow the possibility that you can heal your physical symptoms by clearing your emotional issues?
I know that is what I have found in the last few years as I’ve been exploring the use of EFT.
I’ve found that my body has gotten more and more healthy as I’ve resolved my emotional issues. As I’ve used EFT tapping to heal the old disturbing memories and anything troubling that comes up in my current life, my body has gotten stronger, I feel more robust and flexible.
And lately, any time I get a sore throat, or a feeling that previously would have signaled a cold coming on, I simply use EFT and the symptoms go away. I haven’t been sick in a couple years.
What Did You Like?
One of my favorite things about this YouTube EFT video is the way it shows the current moving through the energy meridians as the EFT points are tapped on.
That’s just a great graphic to have in mind as you do EFT tapping. It can help build your confidence that something is happening internally – that you are really moving energy.
